Belts
My belts are made from Hermann Oak Leather, and are made carefully one at a time. Although a belt may be simmular we never build the same belt twice (floral Carved)
Belts start at $400 for a plain stitched belt, Geometric stamped belts are $550 . Half tooled with half geometric stamp are $650, and full tooled belts are $750 to add figure carving add $100 per figure

The Kootenays
Kootenay Saddlery is as family owned and operated ranch based business located 35 minutes north west of Edmonton Alberta. we all play a roll in our business, however Joe is the main maker in the shop. Joe first picked up a swivel knife 15 years ago, and first learned the leather trade by completing repairs, over the years he has always had leather in the background as a hobby and during the last 3 years has made it a full time career. joe continues to study under many other saddle makers as he strives to continuesly learn more. As mentioned earlier we are an active Farm and Ranch operation, and we believe that is where our passion for western craftsmanship and western art is derived. We look forward to working with you and bringing your custom piece to life to be enjoyed by many generations to come.
